Upgrades

Journal Entry: Fri Mar 23, 2007, 9:06 PM
I've been busy for the last few weeks (university, work etc) but I thought I would post to say I've upgraded my Digital SLR. The Canon 300d has been retired In favour of the full frame Canon 5D. Ive taken it out once so far but I'm looking foreward to getting to gripps with it over the next few weeks so look out for new photos web updates etc.

I've got more University work due this week and then I'm clear until I start my work placement on the 30th of April Which should be interesting as I intend to be working as an Industrial photographer for 6 weeks.

all for now.

Major Website Updates

Journal Entry: Sun Nov 19, 2006, 6:21 PM
Ok so its been a little over a year since I've done anything with Abandoned-Britain. A year ago I had a lot of personal stuff going on and the website came second to that. But over the past few months I'd become increasingly unhappy with the site. Particularly photographically as I felt that the earlier work didn't fit with the my original vision.

As a result I have redone 4 tours and included something new from this year. I hope that with the slight design changes, the clearing up of some loose ends I can look at running more regular updates in the future!

Changes

**West park Mental Hospital** [link]
Now includes 2 new sets of photos one from this year and one from last year. Weaker images have been removed. The tour remains 12 pages long.

**Cane Hill Asylum** [link]
Now redone to include a new set of photos, Many old sections have been removed making the set a more palatable 14 pages in length.

**Hellingly Asylum** [link]
Completely Reworked to include photos from 2005 and 2006 as well as some of the better ones from the first 04 tour. Oddly the Tour remains at 8 pages in length.

**Canadian Red Cross Memorial Hospital ** [link]
I nearly removed this tour altogether, but thought better of it and sat down and re went through my 2004 photos and put together a few short pages containing the best photos.

Finally I'll Finish with an actual update:

**Radar Domes (RAF Stenigot)** [link]
A few photos from a look round Earlier this year. Just a fun location really.

Driving test

Journal Entry: Tue Apr 26, 2005, 7:27 AM
Today I passed my Driving test (first attempt) with minor faults, Driving should mean im going to be much more flexible with which locations i can explore and mean that im no longer subject to public transport.

A summer of exploring freedom beckons.

I thought id get one of these
